Built on the principle that site time is your most valuable resource

We specialize in pre-assembled door and window systems that let your crew focus on installation, not fabrication.

How we started

Contract Door Packs began when a site manager asked a simple question: why are we paying skilled labor to do work that could be done more efficiently in a controlled environment?

Hanging doors on site involves alignment checks, hinge routing, hardware fitting, and finishing—all tasks that require precision but are often done in less-than-ideal conditions. Weather, space constraints, and schedule pressure mean the result is rarely as good as it could be.

We saw an opportunity to remove that variability. By assembling complete door packs in our facility, we could control quality, reduce waste, and deliver a product that arrives ready to install. The time savings were immediate, and the quality improvement was measurable.

What we do differently

Most suppliers sell components. We deliver systems. Each pack includes everything needed for a complete installation: pre-hung doors, fitted hardware, applied finishes, and all trim components. Your team receives a unit, not a collection of parts.

Our assembly process follows documented procedures with quality checks at each stage. Doors are hung using jigs that ensure consistent clearances and alignment. Hardware is fitted according to British Standards. Finishes are applied in controlled conditions and given proper curing time.

The result is a product that performs as specified, every time. No surprises, no adjustments, no callbacks.

Who we work with

Our clients are contractors, developers, and fit-out specialists working on projects where schedule and quality matter. Residential developments, commercial buildings, educational facilities, and healthcare projects all benefit from the consistency and speed of pre-assembled systems.

We understand construction schedules because we've worked on them. We know that delivery timing, communication, and reliability are just as important as product quality. Our team coordinates with your programme to ensure packs arrive when you need them, not when it's convenient for us.

Our approach to service

We operate on the principle that our job isn't done until you're satisfied with the result. That means clear communication throughout the process, accurate delivery schedules, and responsive support if issues arise.

Technical questions get answered by people who understand both the product and its application. Order changes are accommodated where possible. Delivery is coordinated to suit your site access and storage constraints.

We're not trying to be the cheapest option—we're trying to be the most reliable one. For contractors who value predictability, that trade-off makes sense.
